My Story
Born into a world of health, fitness, and discipline, Shayla was raised by two professional bodybuilders and grew up immersed in the teachings of strength, resilience, and wellness. She stepped onto the bodybuilding stage at just 16 years old, competed in the fitness division, and has never looked back. With a background in bodybuilding, holistic nutrition, and gymnastics, Shayla brings a well-rounded and deeply ingrained passion for movement and wellness.
Now, as a bonus mom to an amazing son, Shayla has found even greater purpose in teaching the power of a champion mindset, goal setting, and dreaming big. She believes that anything is possible with the right mindset and a plan that works for you.

Shayla’s coaching approach is flexible, personal, and mindset-driven. No two clients are the same, so no two coaching plans should be either. She builds programs that fit your life, your schedule, and your goals. Her focus on mental resilience ensures that progress isn’t just made—it sticks. Coming from a fitness centered childhood, Shayla has spent her entire life chasing, learning and teaching Wellness.

My all time favorite hype songs can range from “Last Breath” by Future to “In the Air Tonight” by Phil Collins. I love music that draws me back to powerful memories and allows me channel strength from pivotal times in my life. Remembering how far you come is the best hype song of all time!

Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies & Milk. I don’t know what happens, I can’t just eat one. The fresher, the gooier, the better.

This one comes from my momma! She loves all of the Rocky Balboa movies and made me and my sisters watch them endlessly. One quote always stood out to me, and I still repeat it to myself during times I need it most.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching my client’s “flip the script” on themselves. Renaming who they are, showing proof of what they’re capable of. It is a powerful and motivating thing to experience first hand. Watching people become proud of themself is the most fulfilling part of being a health coach.
